Beach Oasis

Amazing property and truly wonderful host!
Alex has been so gracious and made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s place.
The location is fantastic—EASY walk to the beautiful beach!
The home is so beautiful and immaculate. Everything was comfortable and super clean.
Alex provided so many great extras—from the beach toys(our 2 year old granddaughter LOVED ‘em!), to the awesome beach cruiser bikes, gas grill, boogie board and pool toys & more.
The sparkling clean heated pool/spa was the highlight of our family time every evening we were there.
Alex was kind and helpful and I will absolutely book our next family vacation with him.

Please was fantastic. Appearance wise place was spotless inside and out with a pristine lawn. Covered pool in the back was great, if you’ve stayed in FMB before you know that the mosquitos can ruin being outside very quickly – that’s not a problem here as everything is covered. BBQ grill available. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and there’s a bunch beach gear and a wagon for you to use. My family comes a lot to FMB and Alex’s place is by far the best place we have stayed at, we can’t wait to come back to Alex’s place!

This home was absolutely PERFECT for our family beach trip! This is the first home we have stayed in that had upper and lower locks on almost every single door to bring us peace of mind with our autistic kiddo! We were able to actually relax and not have to worry about bringing out own baby proofing items and worry about the risk of her eloping out of the doors. Alex’s space is SUPER convenient to the beach also which made it that much easier to walk a very short distance with the kids! The neighbors were SUPER friendly as well and the neighborhood was very welcoming and peaceful. The pool exceeded our expectations and was so relaxing during the day & night. We can’t say enough great things about this home! We definitely plan to book again in the near future for another stay 🙂 Alex is a wonderful host and responded very quickly to any questions we had.

So many things to love about this place – an easy walk to an uncrowded beach, a beautiful pool and spa and an incredibly clean home. Our three young boys had no problem making the walk to the beach and the beach toys, wagon and chairs made it even better.
Alex was very responsive and proactive to our questions.
Do be mindful that the area was recently affected by multiple hurricanes and is still recovering. Several homes on the block aren’t renovated yet and there is a lot of construction going on nearby. That said, it was never noisy and the only thing we noticed was much less traffic than we expected and emptier beaches … which of course we didn’t mind!

The perfect distance away from everything. A quick ride to downtown host even offers bikes if you prefer to go that route. The beach is a five minute walk away and always quiet. Sanibel and Captiva are within a half hour distance for great shelling. Be sure to turn left onto the boulevard to head the opposite way of town to find some great shops as well as a very close grocery store. And the Home! Absolutely gorgeous. Not one issue. Responsive host! Oh! the pool… Gorgeous! 10 out of 10.
